The eyes of the gastronomic world will be focused on Girona for three days from Sunday 19 to Tuesday 21 November when the Girona Gastronomic Forum returns to the city on the back of the success of the recent forums in Barcelona and A Coruña. This year there is more exhibition space than ever and a packed schedule of activities, one of the highlights of which is the workshop on “Fish and seafood cooking techniques” led by our chef, Marc Gascons, together with Rafa Zafra, of the Estimar restaurant. The event will be held on Tuesday 21 at 5.30 pm and registration costs €25.
