Marc Gascons sponsors the blue fish campaign of Sant Feliu de Guixols
Our chef, Marc Gascons, has sponsored today the 27th edition of the gastronomic campaign of "ganxó" blue fish, the most veteran of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and has taken the opportunity to vindicate the qualities of this simple fish and proximity that has large gastronomic properties. The restaurants participating in the campaign will offer, from May 17 to June 16, 10 menus and 10 dishes with tuna, anchovies, mackerel, horse mackerel or sardines as protagonists. The "ganxó" blue fish campaign will include parallel activities such as showcookings, a workshop on sustainable fishing and marine waste, the popular tastings of blue fish next Saturday and a raffle of dishes and menus among consumers who buy from stores associated with the campaign.
